Methods of Payment

Full payment in US dollar/Korean Won must be paid by the corresponding deadlines.
Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

2) Bank Transfer
Bank charges for remittance are to be paid by registrants. We advise you to provide a copy of the receipt of bank remittance through e-mail to secretariat at susb@hanyang.ac.kr. Please note that registrant's name should be clearly stated on the bank and wire transfer charges are to be paid by registrants.
3) Cash (Onsite Registration)
Either Korean won or US dollar will be payable. No other currency acceptable.

Invitation Letter

Should you need an invitation letter, contact the secretariat at susb@hanyang.ac.kr.
The invitation letter is not commitment on the part of organizer to provide financial support. If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, submit your request to the secretariat via e-mail by 31 Oct. 2019. It will be mailed within a week after confirmation of your full payment. It will cost USD 50 for notary service fee with postage.
Notarized invitation letter will not be issued without registration and full payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notification for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to SBE19 Secretariat. Cancellation received by 30 Nov. 2019 shall be refunded with 70% of the registration fee and no refund will be paid after this date. Please note that all bank charges or service charges caused by the refund should be borne by the registrant. Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling. No name changes will be accepted on/after 10 Dec. 2019.
